How do I register?
To register for Altum's secure online services you will need to be an existing Altum customer.
To complete the registration process, please phone the Altum Customer Services team on 0800 784 674 during working hours (7.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday).
The Customer Services team will be able to set up your account immediately. You will receive an email containing your temporary password, and you will be able to log in straight away.
The Altum online ordering system is compatible with the following browsers:
